The Hartt School has a number of connections to Tony-nominated Broadway musicals this season, both through its alumni and through its partnership-in-training with Hartford Stage.

On Tuesday (May 13), those connections will be highlighted on WFSB Channel 3's Better Connecticut, which airs at 3 p.m.

During the show, Hartt student Aneesa Folds '14, accompanied by Hartt Theatre Division Vocal Coach Paul Feyer, will sing "I Got Love" from the musical Purlie.

In addition, Hartt alumnus Max Williams, associate artistic director of Hartford Stage, will join Mike Morris, director of music for Hartt's Theatre Division, to talk about the Hartt alumni who are currently performing in Tony-nominated musicals, and about Hartt's partnership-in-training with Hartford Stage.
