The Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society awards twelve $3000 scholarships annually to adult students attending any college that hosts an honor society chapter. The University's chapter, Beta Psi Alpha, has been recognizing the academic achievements of the part-time adult learner since its inception in 2004. The scholarships awarded by the national chapter have been won by our students in the past and we encourage you to apply.

Students must have completed 24 credit hours at the University of Hartford, have a minimum GPA of 3.2, be matriculated in an associate's or bachelor's degree program, and have demonstrated financial need. The application is attached.  Applications must be received by the University of Hartford's Office of Adult Academic Services no later than April 14, 2017. Two applications will be selected by the University to be forwarded to the national headquarters for further review. Please contact Karen Sullivan at ksullivan@hartford.edu or 860.768.4373 with questions.
