Are you a woman who has left a STEM major for a different (non-STEM) discipline? If so, would you like to share your reasons for changing majors? What experiences influenced your decision to leave a science, technology, engineering or mathematics discipline?

My name is Lorie Woodson. I am a Doctoral student in education, and I am interested in hearing from female students about their reasons for leaving STEM. I am seeking women volunteers to participate in a short interview. Interviews will take place in February and early March. I am flexible and willing to work around your schedule to set up a convenient time and location.

I want to listen to your story! Please contact me at lwoodson@hartford.edu to set up a time and location.

Thank you!
