HAS and A&S faculty invite Mrs. Mary Rickel Pelletier to present a talk titled “Is it a Park or Hog River?” on Wednesday February 15 from 10 to 11:20 am in UT320. Mrs. Pelletier is the Founding Director of Park Watershed, an urban-suburban watershed stewardship organization for the Park River regional watershed. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Master of Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

The presentation is about the river on our campus: its past, now, and future. It is part of the University’s Growing Partnerships Award project “River Ambassadors: Linking the Campus to the North Branch River through Art, Science and Policy Education” conducted by Professors Sherry Buckberrough, Cat Balco, Colin McMullan and Carol Padberg in HAS and Professors Katharine Owens and Bin Zhu in A&S.
