Looking for time to reflect and recharge? Come try Tai Chi with Master Jiang on Tuesdays!
Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that is considered "meditation in motion." By performing gentle, flowing movements in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing, Tai Chi promotes serenity and calmness. As Tai Chi is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching, each posture flows into the next without pause, allowing your body to be in constant motion. Tai Chi is very low impact, and is a great option for all age ranges and fitness levels.
Classes for all regular, full-time faculty and staff will be held on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in GSU 335. Class starts on Valentine's Day!
