Please come hear award-winning poet and novelist Alan Michael Parker speak about his writing and read from his work--the second event in the Spring 2017 Cardin Reading Series!

Alan Parker will present his work on February 21st in Auerbach 325 at 2:05 PM.

Alan Michael Parker’s latest book of poetry, The Ladder, is just out from Tupelo Press. Parker is the author of three novels and eight collections of poetry. His awards include three Pushcart Prizes, two inclusions in the Best American Poetry anthology, the Lucille Medwick Memorial Award from the Poetry Society of America, and the 2012 North Carolina Book Award for Long Division.
