Human Resources Development (HRD) and the Office of the Provost have partnered with PeopleAdmin, a higher education focused company, to integrate an online applicant tracking system with our job posting, application and hiring process. This integration was designed to improve the experience of the applicant as well as increase the efficiency of the application and hiring of candidates while allowing the University to move toward an electronic, paperless job posting process.
All regular full-time and part-time staff have been assigned a unique user login and password. We encourage you to explore your employee portal at http://hartford.peopleadmin.com/hr and visit the new applicant site at http://hartford.peopleadmin.com (you can also link to this from the HRD Employment page http://hartford.edu/hrd/Employment.aspx).
HRD will be presenting a new Tip of the Month tool for using the Applicant Tracking system. Look for it at the first of each month.
