Hillel has begun planning for 2017-18 and is building a team of student interns to lead our community. Each intern will focus on different initiatives throughout the year and collaborate with staff to build community on campus. Hillel operates as a student-staff partnership and we are seeking students who can work well on a team and independently accomplish projects.
Each Intern will receive a stipend ranging from $250-$750, a professional mentor from Emanuel Synagogue, collaborate with Jewish Life Interns to create a Shabbat experience, and attend Hillel Monthly Meetings on 8/28, 9/26, 10/31, 11/28, 1/22, 2/27, 3/27, and 4/24.
An ideal Hillel intern is someone who is open-minded, humble, organized, seeking leadership experience, and enjoys building community.
