WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

“How does the owner-driven team design a project development process that ensures meeting the critical quality, time & cost goals?”

This Construction Institute workshop begins with strategic planning and programming for the project, and runs through the pre-construction process during design. Real life case studies and problem scenarios will be used. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Ensure that essential quality, time and cost targets are met, through an effective development process.
  • Learn to utilize a flexible framework and decision making process during:
    1) Strategic planning for a project.
    2) Programming phase.
    3) Pre-construction process during design.
