CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT I AND II

These two Construction Institute workshops begin with strategic planning and programming for the project, and run through the pre-construction, construction, and project closeout phases. Real-life case studies and problem scenarios will be used.
Ensure that essential quality, time and cost targets are met, through an effective development process.

1) Strategic planning for a project.

3) Pre-construction process during design.
