Principles of Project Management workshop

This Construction Institute workshop will include an overview of the required skills necessary to be a successful project manager for today’s modern-day design/construction practitioner and will focus on the core competencies required to meet these everyday challenges.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Discussion of today’s project management delivery systems (design, bid, build thru IPD).
  • Discussion of the many disciplines (LEED) needed to manage projects competently.
  • Discussion of the many technologies (BIM, Energy Modeling) needed in order to manage projects efficiently.
  • Focus on the core competencies required to meet  everyday project management challenges.
