Greetings—In an effort to provide Microsoft Office 365 to our students, please read the information below:
We will begin migrating Student email to Office 365 on Thursday, Aug. 3, after 5 p.m. We expect the migrations to be completed by Sunday, Aug.13. During the week, continue to use https://hawkmail.hartford.edu until access errors occur, then use https://outlook.com/hartford.edu
Documentation on how to connect your Office 365 email to a mobile device will be available at http://uhaweb.hartford.edu/www/howtos/hawkmail on August 3 or you can contact the Help Desk at ext. 4357 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will also notice an option "Can't Access your account." This feature does not work for the University email addresses and we recommend if you need further assistance with resetting your password, you contact the Help Desk.
