The Hartford Consortium for Higher Education, in partnership with the University of Hartford and its other 10 member colleges from throughout Greater Hartford, will host a "Party on Pratt" in downtown Hartford this Friday evening, Sept. 22, from 4-10 p.m.
From games to comedy to psychic readings, downtown's Pratt Street will come alive with college students from the Hartford area.
