Flu season is quickly approaching and typically lasts through the fall and winter months. In an effort to help protect employees from the seasonal flu, the Office of Human Resources Development is pleased to announce that any regular full-time or part-time faculty or staff member, regardless of whether or not you are enrolled in the University of Hartford’s group medical insurance, will be offered a complimentary (seasonal) flu vaccine. Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: Konover Campus Center
The vaccine will be offered only to those employees (spouses are not eligible) that register on a first come, first served basis via the link provided below:

Upon clicking the registration link, you will be directed to a Quest Diagnostics Homepage. After registration, please navigate to the yellow ‘Flu Shot’ bar to schedule your on-site appointment. Please plan to complete the entire online registration process at the time of log in. You will be provided with a confirmation once the registration is completed in full. You will also have an option to download the appointment to your calendar, as well as receive a confirmation via email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Registration must be completed no later than October 20, 2017. Once registered, the vaccine will be reserved in your name. Appointments fill up quickly, so please ensure that you make every effort to keep your appointment as we only order a limited supply of vaccines.
