Facilities Construction and Project Management Workshop

This Construction Institute workshop will include the management of major facility construction projects, including new construction, alterations, tenant improvements, major repairs and replacements.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Learn about pre-construction services and value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, RFP development and contracting methods.
  • Learn about MEP review and coordination .
  • Learn about permits, contractor qualification and selection, contract documents, team building, change order management, and project controls.
  • Learn about startup and commissioning, and project closeout.
