New Benefits Summary Online

As you know, the Self-Service Center provides you with online access to personal information pertaining to your specific enrollments in University offered benefits, personal demographic information, as well as payroll information including your annual W-2 tax statement, pay stubs, and direct deposit information.  

We, in the Office of Human Resources Development, are excited to announce that our faculty and staff can now view their Annual Benefit Summary (formerly known as our annual Confirmation Memo) at any time in their personal Self-Service portal. This summary will provide you with details regarding all benefits in which you are currently enrolled. The summary is grouped in alphabetical order by type of deduction. 

We strongly encourage you to review the benefits you are currently enrolled in for calendar year 2018.  Please be reminded, some benefits include both Employee and University premium contribution, while others are either Employee or University premium contribution only. As you are reviewing your benefits, please scroll through the entire page and review each benefit/deduction grouping to confirm your elections. You can also use the hyperlinks listed below your personal information on the Benefit Summary to link directly to a specific benefit grouping.

To access your personal benefit summary, please use the following navigation:

·         Log in to your Self-Service portal

·         Click on the Employee Tab

·         Click the Benefits and Deductions link

·         Click the Benefits Summary link

·         Hit Select

·         As of Date (or can be left as current) 

·         Hit Select

Note: The IRS annual limits noted under “Retirement Plans” - the TIAA Defined Contribution (if enrolled) and the TIAA Tax Deferred Annuity – differ. We are working to correct this but, at this time, please note that the IRS annual limit noted under the TIAA Defined Contribution prevails.  

Please be reminded of the importance of your role in maintaining the security of your confidential personal information.  Please DO NOT share your Self Service account log-in credentials or passwords with anyone. Please also be advised that the Office of Technology Services (OTS) will never ask for your password via email and remember to always verify requests for personal information before providing personal demographic information or passwords to a request for information or a webpage/site.
