Category: Campus Announcements, Student Announcements

These Construction Institute workshops will focus on ways a project team can ensure that essential quality, time and cost targets are met, through an effective development process.

Construction Management I begins with strategic planning and programming for the project, and runs through the pre-construction process during design. Real life case studies and problem scenarios will be used.

Combined with Construction Management II; these 2 workshops will provide the owner and its key project team with a flexible framework and decision making process that helps move projects smoothly through all phases.
