Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society Induction

The University of Hartford Chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Honor Society for Paralegal Studies and Legal Studies, held its second annual induction ceremony on April 27, 2018 in Wilde Auditorium.

For induction, Paralegal Studies Bachelor Degree candidates must have completed at least 31 credits of Paralegal Studies courses. Paralegal Studies Associate Degree candidates must have completed at least 16 credits of Paralegal Studies courses. Paralegal Studies Certificate candidates must have completed at least 13 credits of Paralegal Studies courses. In addition, candidates must have attained a grade point average of at least 3.50 in their Paralegal Studies courses and an overall grade point average of at least 3.50.

This year’s inductees are Eva Acosta, Nathalie W. Adkins, Jenna L. Crooms, Brittany Dyer-Jackston, June K. Karbowski, Laurel Lenarz, Michael Peter Livieratos, Virginia M. McCarthy, Kathryn E. Mikisits, Toni-Rose Sargent, and Catherine Veenstra.

Elizabeth Thompson, R.P., Class of 2014, was inducted as this year’s honorary member.

Also in attendance were Sara Cerruto, Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions; Liz Gregonis, Assistant Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Rob Toller, Associate Director of Adult Academic Services.
