Works from Ellen Carey, Associate Professor of Photography, are on exhibit in the following national and international cities and in an upcoming book:

Paris, FRANCE

1. Galerie Miranda: 

Mirrors of Chance-The Experimental Photography of Ellen Carey at Galerie Miranda opens September 6th until October 20th, debuting her new color photograms in her Zerogram series, exhibiting two Pulls and Pull with Rollback (www.galeriemiranda.com)

2. Amon Carter Museum of American Art:

Carey’s title references her essay Mirrors of Chance: The Photograms of Ellen Carey, her first limited-edition artist book of 200, published by The Amon Carter Museum of American Art (ACMAA) in conjunction with her solo exhibit Dings, Shadows and Pulls (January-July 2018); available online www.cartermuseum.org; it includes her own essay and a unique color photogram, with other essays.

The Polaroid Project: At The Intersection of Art and Technology finishes its European tour in at C/O BERLIN end of September (www.fep-photo.org). 4. National Museum of Art 

November 1, 2018 until February 17, 2019 -- Ellen Carey Pulls CMY is on the book’s cover, an essay Photography Year Zero: Where Art Meets Technology is featured.

Crush & Pull are Ellen Carey’s new Polaroid/Photogram series, selected for this year’s international Paris PHOTO under their PRISMES section, a curated event.The Grand Palais hosts Paris PHOTO, opens November 11th(www.parisphoto.com)

6. A new Polaroid/Photogram Crush & Pull will be featured in the HAS Faculty Exhibition opening on September 13th at The Joseloff Gallery, University of Hartford.
