Together with Cheryl Jones, mindfulness author and industry leader, you’ll explore what mindfulness really is, how to practice it, and what its benefits are. She’ll help us to debunk the myths and get to simple, practical ways you can empower yourself with mindfulness to reduce stress and improve focus to create greater well-being and be more effective.
Cheryl Jones, M.A., is an exercise physiologist with extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She holds a Certificate in Spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph. She is owner of The Mindful Path and has conducted retreats at Copper Beech Institute. She is author of Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey and Mindful Exercise, A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise. A mother of two, Cheryl lives in Canton, Connecticut and has been Aetna’s in-house mindfulness expert.
