This 4-hour workshop provides an overview of why conflict feels stressful, how we can overcome the stress, and the importance of negotiation and conflict resolution skills in our personal and professional lives. Participants will be given negotiation role playing exercises which will then be discussed as a group.
Learn how conflict affects us physically and mentally, and learn ways to overcome the stress.
Understand the importance of negotiation and conflict resolution in our personal and professional lives, and the connection between decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Understand that negotiation and conflict are a normal part of business, and learn problem-solving strategies.
Learn negotiation strategies through role playing exercises and group discussion.
