Partnering with the Division of Student Success, the Office of Human Resources Development is excited to announce an internal only posting page for newly created positions designed to support student success.
As President Woodward shared at the start of the semester, we have restructured our efforts in student affairs to elevate the student experience at the University of Hartford. The new organization places all of the elements of student engagement around campus into three new, vertical, and interconnected groups that will create new partnerships, constant interdepartmental communication, and cohesive actions around student success from every angle. Through the greater coordination and prioritization of these efforts, we are creating an intentional and unique student experience.
As a community, we must be completely committed to the support and success of our students. The positions of Assistant Director of Student Success and Student Success Coach and Academic Advisor (multiple openings for each) are the next step in our investment to a create a modern and comprehensive Center for Student Success that serves students across campus.
