The Self-Service Center provides you with online access to a secure employee portal which contains, among other things, personal information pertaining to your specific enrollments in University offered benefits, demographic information as well as payroll information including your annual W-2 tax statement and pay stubs.

Human Resources Development is excited to announce that our full time faculty and staff can view their Annual Benefit Summary (formerly known as our annual Confirmation Memo) at any time in their Self-Service portal.  This summary will provide you with details regarding all benefits in which you are currently enrolled.  The summary is grouped in alphabetic order by type of payroll deduction.

HRD has just completed initial processing so deductions for calendar year 2019 benefit elections from open enrollment are now in your portal. Please take the time to review your benefits summary to ensure the elections you have been enrolled in for 2019 are consistent with your intentions.  Please be reminded, some benefits include both Employee and University premium contribution while others are either Employee or University premium contribution only.   As you are reviewing your benefits, please scroll through the entire page and review each benefit/deduction grouping to confirm your elections.

To access your personal benefit summary, please use the following navigation:

  • Log in to your Self-Service portal
  • Click on the Employee Tab
  • Click the Benefits and Deductions link
  • Click the Benefits Summary link
  • Hit Select
  • As of Date (please choose 1/1/2019)
  • Hit Select

We hope you find this information helpful.  If you have any questions regarding your benefit summary, please contact your designated HR Service Partner.

Additionally, please review your self service center address on file. If the address is no longer accurate, please stop by HRD to update your address. HRD is located on the first floor of the Computer Center (CC121).

NOTE: Please be reminded of the importance of your role in maintaining the security of your confidential personal information.  Please DO NOT share your Self Service account log-in credentials or passwords with anyone.  Please also be advised that the Office of Technology Services (OTS) will never ask for your password via email and remember to always verify requests for personal information before providing personal demographic information or passwords to a request for information or a webpage/site.
