Paid Summer Research in Bioscience, Health Technology and Bioengineering

Summer fellowships are available in Bioscience, Health Technology, and Bioengineering for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Master level students. Work with mentor faculty members in host laboratories at UConn Health (Farmington), UHART, and/or other Greater Hartford area institutions from May 28 through August 2, 2019.

The program involves a 10 weeks intensive bench research experience that will culminate in a presentation at the Research PIE Innovation Fellows Research Day (July 31, 2019). In addition, students will be required to attend weekly seminars on diverse topics, including bio-innovation, professional development, and entrepreneurship.

Bus or other transportation will be available. Housing is not provided but assistance in finding housing may be arranged.
