With forecast heavy rains for Saturday and the potential for both river and flash flooding, students are asked to avoid parking in low-lying areas of parking lots C, D, E (along the tree line), F (eastern most entrance by the pond), and N-Annex. Cars should now be on higher ground within these lots or in Lot F (by Konover Campus Center). Vehicles should be returned to their assigned parking lots by 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 21.
Today is the final day to complete and submit the survey to show interest in NESTS (Networks of Engagement and Support To Succeed) which are voluntary, employee-led groups that express the values of mutual understanding and shared community. You might refer to them as affinity groups.
In line with President Woodward’s plans for our campus community NESTS (Networks of Engagement and Support To Succeed) aims to build affinity networks across the University of Hartford community to promote inclusion, diversity, and equity among faculty, staff, and the greater community.
Your participation determines the success of this initiative. Please fill out this initial survey that will allow us to assess needs and interests. Today, Thursday, January 31, 2019 is the last day the survey is open.
Thank you for your time.
